학급 경영이란 교사가 교육의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 학급을 중심으로 교육활동에 필요한 각각의 영역들을 계획하고 실행하며 통제하는 일련의 모든 행위들을 말한다. 학급 경영의 목적은 긍정적이고 생산적인 학습환경을 조성하며 유지하려는 것이다.
